Electric Wins Registration
Five minutes and a debit card get you through most of the setup at a UK casino. The Electric Wins register form asks for your name, date of birth, address, email and a password, and then the casino checks that you are who you say you are. UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) rules require that check before you play, so keep a passport or driving licence within reach.
Electric Wins registration follows the same UKGC rules as any other licensed UK site. You get no way around ID checks and no option to deposit with a credit card. The steps below cover the form, the documents and the payment options in the order you meet them.
What you need before you start
Before you join Electric Wins, collect the items in the table. Most of them are already in your wallet or your email inbox.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum age | 18+ |
| Currency | British pounds (£) |
| Accounts allowed | One per person |
| Photo ID | Passport or UK photo driving licence |
| Proof of address | Utility bill or bank statement under three months old |
| Payment method | Debit card, PayPal or bank account in your own name |
Creating your account step by step
When you sign up to Electric Wins, you work through a single form. Type your name exactly as it appears on your passport or licence, because a mismatch fails the ID check later.
- Open the Electric Wins homepage in your browser and press the register button.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Add your full name, date of birth, home address and mobile number.
- Confirm you are 18 or over and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click the link in the confirmation email.
A mistyped postcode can stall the verification, so read the form over before you submit it. Once you confirm your email, you can log in and look around the lobby.
Identity checks after sign-up
UK law requires Electric Wins to verify your name, age and address before you gamble. Many of these checks run against credit reference and electoral roll data in the background, so you may not upload anything. If the data match fails, the casino asks for documents. Send a passport or photo driving licence for ID, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for your address. Photograph each one in daylight with all four corners in the frame, because blurred or cropped images get rejected.
Withdrawals stay locked until the checks clear. Upload your documents on the day you register and you will not wait on them when you win.
Paying in with UK methods
You fund your account in pounds. UK-licensed casinos accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Open Banking transfers over Faster Payments, and Pay by Phone through Boku. The UK has banned credit cards for gambling since April 2020, so the casino declines a Visa or Mastercard credit card at the cashier. Check the Electric Wins cashier for the full list of methods, minimum deposits and withdrawal limits.
Pay by Phone adds your deposit to your mobile bill, which makes overspending easy. If you pick it, set a deposit limit first.
Setting limits when you register
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit during sign-up, while you still have a clear head about your budget. You can lower a limit at any time and the change applies at once. Raising it takes a cooling-off period.
